• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Paid plans grant access to specific modules and features described on the Pricing page.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Trial plans convert to a paid plan only if you choose to upgrade.

NumeroPro AI generates numerology reports based on the information you provide and traditional numerology systems combined with AI. Reports are for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice — medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or AI prompts.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label reports except where your plan explicitly permits it.
• Upload personal data of third parties without appropriate consent.
• Interfere with the security or performance of the Service.

The Service, its content, branding, and software are owned by NumeroPro AI and its licensors. You retain ownership of the client details you enter. Generated reports are licensed to you for personal or professional consulting use consistent with your plan.

The Service relies on third-party providers (hosting, database, authentication, AI gateway, payment processor). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that reports will be accurate, complete, or free of errors, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NumeroPro AI and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or reports. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
