• Account details — name, email, phone, business name (when you sign up).
• Contact & enquiry details — name, phone, email, and message you enter in our contact form.
• Checkout activity — when you click Buy Now, we record the plan, timestamp, and any contact details you've shared so we can complete or recover the order if payment doesn't go through.
• Client / report inputs — names, dates of birth, gender, mobile numbers, and similar details you enter to generate reports.
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
• Usage data — pages visited, actions taken, device/browser info, IP address.

• To generate and deliver numerology reports you request.
• To operate, secure, and improve our software.
• To process subscriptions, payments, and promo codes.
• Purchase assistance & abandoned-checkout follow-up — if you provide your name, phone, or email on any form (contact, signup, or checkout) and do not complete the purchase, our team may reach out by email, phone, or WhatsApp, and we may automatically email you a personal discount code to help you finish the order.
• To communicate service updates and, with consent, marketing messages.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Report inputs you submit are sent to our AI provider through a secure gateway to generate the report text. We do not sell your data. Cached reports are stored so repeat views do not consume additional AI credits.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, database, authentication, AI gateway, payment processing, email delivery), and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

We retain account, lead, and client data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and follow up on enquiries. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, encrypted storage, role-based access, and row-level database security. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
